Just wrapped up an incredibly intense, jam-packed two days of seminars and workshops for the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology – Leadership Development Program 2026 (First Phase)! 🇵🇭👁️
For Dr. Lee Tan, it was an absolute honor to sit in the same room, learn from, and exchange ideas with the visionary leaders who shape the field of Philippine Ophthalmology. The energy, insights, and shared commitment to elevating the profession were truly inspiring.
The participants dove deep into the core of PAO’s leadership principles, all gearing towards a capstone project designed to actively champion and advance the goals of their society.
Beyond the learnings, the best part was the camaraderie. Dr. Tan is deeply grateful to be part of this prestigious batch of fellow Pinoy #EyeMD leaders, ready to take these lessons back to the clinic, the classroom, and the community! 🚀
